Emily wants you to become your own nutrition expert. She has dissected countless food products and nutritional supplements to discover which (if any) could benefit her clients. As a nutritionist, her goal is to teach and inspire you to eat best foods for your life – foods that will have a lasting impact on your current vitality and future well-being.
Emily is a nutritionist who counsels based on current research and common sense. Her credentials include an Honours Degree in Foods and Nutrition and a Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario as well as a dipolma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition granting her the title of Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).

Emily is active in the nutrition promotion community and enjoys participating in the activities of the Toronto Food Policy Council (TFPC), the International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine (ISOM), the Ontario Public Health Education Association’s Nutrition Resource Centre (OPHEA-NRC), the Canadian Association for Holistic Nutrition Professional (CAHN-Pro) and the Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA). She has no vested interest in any one supplement company, but “collects” associations instead.
Numerous renowned nutrition experts have counted on Emily to help them with interviews on CTV, Slice, and VIVA television networks, books and cookbooks, newspaper publications, and even reality TV shows about nutrition. The “back stage” help that experts use is now available to you.
